Confined Space Entry and Rescues deaths continue to occur in industry today. Sixty percent of these deaths occur from those who attempt to perform the rescue of the entrant(s).
This 1-1/2 day session will educate safety, health, environmental professionals on the importance of having confined space entry and rescue plans, understanding the hazards associated with confined spaces, working in confined spaces, and first responder rescue. The sessions will include vertical and horizontal practical evolutions where the participant will enter and perform entry and first responder rescue in a confined space safety training trailer. This class will have a mix of classroom instruction, followed by hands-on training to reinforce what has been learned.
