OSHA Update – Walking Working Surfaces
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) published a final rule updating its General Industry Walking-Working Surfaces and Fall Protection standards in November 2016. This talk will be an overview of the new rule, point out some of the more significant changes, and discuss some of the questions OSHA has received since the rule became effective.

- Update on changes to the standard and any pending litigation.
Will Zettler has been with OSHA’s Directorate of Standards and Guidance since 2003 where he has worked on several regulatory projects and guidance documents. Most recently, Will served as the Project Officer on the Subparts D&I, Walking, Working Surfaces Final Rule. He is also on the ANSI Z359 and A1264 Committees and has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from George Mason University.
